Easily Track Your Pet’s Location with a Simple WhatsApp Message

Important Note:
When you get your pet's location for the first time, it might take longer than usual as this is the first time the device connects to the GPS satellite system.
No need to worry at all. This is completely normal for GPS systems. More details about what to do if this happens at the end.
Keeping track of your pet’s location has never been easier. With our tracking system, all you need to do is send a message via WhatsApp to 93985 41695—just a simple “Hi” will do!

Here’s How It Works:
After sending your message, our system will promptly respond with three options, as shown in the screenshot below:
- Get Location
- Last Known Location
- Battery Level
To find your pet’s current location, simply select the “Get Location” option.
Important Note:
When you get your pet's location for the first time, it might take longer than usual as this is the first time the device connects to the GPS satellite system.
No need to worry at all. This is completely normal for GPS systems. You can do one of two things.
1. Click on 'Get Location' again if the reply says it was not able to get the location. You can retry it 4-5 times. Or you can try again after some time. In the meanwhile the GPS communication will warm up.
2. You can also click on 'Last Known Location' in between. Sometimes, that might get updated after the 'Get Location' request expires & give you the location that was received.

How the Location Tracking Works:
Once you choose “Get Location,” our system will begin scanning GPS satellites to pinpoint your pet’s exact location. This process may take about 4-5 minutes as the system communicates with the tracker. The tracker will connect with the GPS satellites to retrieve the location data and send it directly to you.
You’ll receive a Google Maps link that you can open directly in the Google Maps app. This makes it easy to view your pet’s location on the map and navigate to them effortlessly.
What If You Receive an Approximate Location?
In some cases, the location provided may be approximate, depending on factors such as GPS signal strength and environmental conditions. If this happens, try moving to an open area for a more accurate result or use the "Last Known Location" option to get the most recent location data available.

What if I don't get any location?
This is rare and happens generally if the tracker is in a very remote area with no mobile network coverage or if you have just registered your tracker and it is still connecting to the GPS satellites & warming up.
