Before you start
After you receive your tracker, please put it on charge for at least 2 hours before starting the registration - to ensure your tracker is well charged.
Pro Tip:
For best usage & to get the maximum battery life, whenever you charge, leave the tracker on charge for at least 2.5 hours or till the battery level reaches 100%.
Let's start your regisration
Registering your pet’s tracker is quick and easy! It takes only 2 steps.
Simply send a message on WhatsApp to 93985 41695 to get started. You can click here to start a chat with us.
After sending a message, you’ll receive a prompt asking if you’d like to register a new tracker. Select ‘Yes’ to proceed with next steps as shown in screenshot below.
Step-by-Step Registration Process

Enter the IMEI Number:
You’ll then be asked to enter the IMEI number of your tracker. This is a unique 15-digit number found in on the box as shown in the image below:
Simply type the IMEI number and send it.

Automatic Validation and Linking:
Once you’ve sent the IMEI number, our system will automatically validate it and link your phone number to the tracker. From this point on, your phone number will be your key to interacting with the tracker.

Personalize Your Tracker:
Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your pet’s name, followed by your own name. After sharing this information, your registration will be complete!
What’s Next?
Now that your tracker is registered, you can easily check your pet’s location and battery level anytime by sending a simple message on WhatsApp.
